If the Vendor’s Return Policy differs from Local Goods Market’s Return Policy, the Vendor’s Return Policy will be honored.
We will send instructions for returning the item based on the Vendor’s Return Policy and shipping method.
Upon receipt of the required information (see above), Local Goods Market will contact the Buyer to schedule a time to pick up the item. If the item is not ready for pick up at the scheduled time, the Buyer will be responsible for returning item through standard shipping means. Local Delivery Service fees are non-refundable.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
The Vendor will have seven (7) days to review and accept the returned item before a refund is issued.
